Our Burlington, Vermont location is currently looking to immediately fill an Inside Contractor Sales position with someone who possess knowledge on Building Material Products, and has a great background in Sales.
Join our retail environment without the harsh retail hours!
Summary:
To support the outside sales force by handling face to face, phone and electronic sales by utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills in order to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Identify the needs
Sales Expectations
Understand the marketplace
Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
Quote follow up - quote to order conversion
Share expertise with others
Meet and or exceed individual sales and margin goals
Outside Sales Support
Assist and support outside sales with product selection, questions and order writing
Assist with estimating material needed for projects
Set up special orders
Schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and to maintain the profitability of the sale
Develop a continuous business relationship with customers and our vendors
Manage Order Profitability
Issue accurate and complete orders
Manage open order report
Other duties may be assigned
